With a passion for the sport and background in competitive weightlifting, we are thrilled to share our knowledge and skill set around Olympic Weightlifting. Having been trained to be technically proficient, master patience and instil the confidence required to lift, Caitlin's attention to detail, personal experience and motivating enthusiasm will inspire you to master your craft while enjoying the journey. 

Weightlifting is one of the more technically advanced sports, so this is a chance to honour and appreciate those demands required.                          It's about finding that balance between strength, power and mobility. Which is why Caitlin says it's like a dance with physics.

 Training applicable but not limited to individuals, groups, athletes, coaches, youth, juniors and teens.

In Person Coaching 

1:1 / 2:1 Coaching - Face to face sessions, programming, tracking, check-ins, feedback and nutritional guidance included. Option to share the session. 

Perfect for those wanting to take more accountability, improve their skillset, know why you are doing those exercises and feel confident in executing the plan. We work closely together, I learn how you operate, what makes you tick, what motivates you and ensure you have a practical process to follow with your goals in mind. 

Remote Coaching 

Online Coaching - programming, app tracking, check-ins, feedback, ongoing support and nutritional guidance included.

Perfect for those unable to train in person. For those wanting to improve their technique, push past a plateau or take their training to the next level. To ensure you are on track, you will have on going access to Coach Cait via the training app, receive feedback on your videos, regular check-ins and monthly re-evaluations around goals. 

Weightlifting Workshops

1 Day Workshop - approx. 3 hours

Ideal for gym owners, sports coaches, developing athlete groups, sport camps, small groups etc...

Breaking down the fundamentals of the snatch and clean and jerk. Learn about each phase of the lift and understand the biomechanics required. Educational and practical.  Ideal for weekend workshops or to upskill your team or athlete group. Weightlifting Mobility Manual included. 

Max 10 Athletes.

Weightlifting Courses

6-8 Week Course

Ideal for gym owners, sports coaches, CrossFit teams, developing athlete groups, small groups etc...

In depth extensive course breaking down the fundamentals of the snatch and clean and jerk. 2 training sessions a week focussing on one lift per session. Educational and practical. Live demonstrations and feedback on the floor. Ideal for a technique block, off-season training, CrossFit Nationals training, to upskill your team or athlete group. Weightlifting Mobility Manual included. 

Max 10 Athletes.

Semi-Private Group Coaching

Small Group Coaching - Weekly team training, individual programming, tracking, live feedback, team support and nutritional guidance included. 

Perfect for those wanting to train within a motivating team environment while following an individual programme. A chance to improve your technique on the floor with live feedback and a supportive community.
