Providing both interactive and creative ways to introduce the main primary movement patterns and body awareness. Strengthening both mental and physical abilities within a social team environment, small groups or individually. Here at SCC we value seeing students make connections, build their confidence and progress over time. Empowering and instilling a positive relationship within themselves, their performance and their abilities.

Individual & Remote Coaching

1:1 / Remote Coaching - Face to face sessions/online programming, tracking, check-ins, feedback and nutrition guidance included.

Perfect for those wanting to take more accountability, improve their skillset, know why you are doing those exercises and feel confident in executing the plan. We work closely together as I teach you the fundamentals and give you the tools you need for your progress. 

Training Camp 
S&C 

1 Day - approx. 2 hours

Ideal for developing athlete groups, sports training camps, coaches. 

An opportunity to educate and focus on a particular subject with a mixture of theory and practical. EG: Potentiation sessions for the track, training fundamentals, injury prevention, recovery and mobility protocols etc. 

Max 25 Students.

Junior Education Fitness Programmes

4 Terms - within school terms (40 wks)

Ideal for home school programmes, children interested in the gym and exercise, additional activity outside of school. 

Weekly training within a supportive encouraging environment. Teaching social skills, body awareness and basic movement patterns. An introduction to what the body can do. Interactive, practical and supportive. 

Max 14 Students.

Seminars and Workshops

1 Day - approx 1-3 hours.

Ideal for gym owners, coaches, developing athlete groups, training camps.

Seminars are shorter and primarily theory based, diving into a specific topic. Workshops are generally longer with a mixture of theory and practical. 

Max 20 Students.

Junior Weightlifting Courses

6-8 Week Course

Ideal for gym owners, coaches, developing athlete groups, small groups etc...

An introduction to the snatch and clean and jerk. One -two training sessions a week. Educational and practical. Live demonstrations and feedback on the floor. Ideal for a personal and sports development, out of school activities, introduction to sports and exercise.

Max 10 Athletes.
